The Role

We are looking for a People Operations Data Analyst to build and maintain People Operations dashboards using Present and related BI platforms. This role is primarily execution-focused, translating data, metrics, and requirements provided by the HRBP into clear, accurate, and decision-ready dashboards.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain People Ops dashboards based on inputs and datasets provided by the HRBP.
• Develop dashboards covering headcount, attrition, hiring, performance, engagement, and DEI.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to support reporting and visualization needs.
• Ensure dashboards are accurate, easy to interpret, and visually clean.
• Iterate quickly on dashboards in response to HRBP feedback.
• Document metrics definitions and dashboard logic for consistency and reuse.
   

What We Expect From You:

• 5–8+ years of experience in BI, analytics, or dashboard development.
• Strong experience with Preset or similar BI tools (Superset-based platforms, Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Experience working with HR / People data.
• Ability to work effectively from defined requirements and stakeholder inputs.
